Raoul’s is a family business - Raul’s brothers, daughters and wife are there every night to serve guests, which makes for the most important element: excellent service. Mexican restauranteurs are true professionals - there are no college girls waiting on tables here... They call their cuisine "continental". I would call it "creative italian". Any item on the menu is sure to please. Their trout and veal are especially yummy. They have an average wine list, nothing impressive. Great place to visit if you want to feel like you’re on vacation. Not recommended for those who favor franchises.
